Mexican Shopping Channel

Wow, this was just advertised on Facebook. "Me Queda Uno"...is supplying a hot dog steamer that can steam 6 salchichas at one time, what a novel idea...(What happened to a pot of boiling water?)....now, the biggest part of this deal is that it can be delivered to ANY door in Mexico (so they say...)...AND the price is ONLY...$249 pesos..not even $25 American....what will they think of next...???

Pues, they found at least one cliente to watch it. Something like the infomercial that has a guy ever so softly paddling around in a rowboat that had the bottom cut out. You know, the one with the screen door bolted over the hole, that is all clogged up with spray undercoating that sells for twenty dollars.

You laugh, but I bought a can of that stuff at "Bed Bath & Beyond" (with a blue 20% discount coupon of course) and it fixed a leak in a ceiling roof pipe I was having a dickens of a time finding the source of a small drip in. It did work and the plastic coating is rather thick for a spray (I'm sure it clogs the nozzle too much for a second use). I don't think I'd do the screen door boat bottom test though. As much as I hate all the infomercials- browsing through the section of "as seen on TV" items at the BBB was kinda interesting. There are some really creative inventors out there.
