Nice!! I haven't spent too much time in that area. I'll have to put it on my "to do" list. That's a pretty long list:biggrin:

Thanks you two.

They have town down the old run down Seacoast Hotel and are building a beautiful new hotel with all rooms with an ocean view. It should be great and a good addition to our town, especially since they were limited to four stories.

I wish! Maybe if I had not quit smoking years ago, I might have shopped there and bought my tickets there!

Then again, if it was me, I probably would not admit it.:biggrin:

Very Nice Photos, Diane, of a favorite spot near the border.

We've had quite a few very nice sunset walks out for tacos in the cafe at the end of the Imperial Beach pier. A bit of old-time California for us. Finest kind..but have yet to score a 'green flash'...or to win that lottery....darn.

Thanks Roger,

One of the things we like about IB is that it is far less crowded than any of the other San Diego beaches, except for Sand Castle weekend.

It still have the small town feel -- and know that winning lotto tickets are sold in IB, well we just have to be next!
