78 and counting


Working on 3 years since a quad-by pass and 3 stents and still trucking,three miles 6 days free weights every other day and tomorrow is D-Day my birthday,my young friends at the time thought what better day for a invasion it only showed Eisenhower knew a good day when he saw one:lol:
