I enjoy the colorful food booths

Animals --- always one of my favorite exhibits.

Isn't he BEAUTIFUL

Just looks lonely

MOVE OVER !

Ignorance of the future can be blissful

Anticipation

The vendors are always entertaining

As usual, your photos are fantastic! You captured the essence of the fair quite nicely... Thanks

Yes, to us locals it is always called the Del Mar Fair. Years ago it was officially the Southern Calfornia Exposition.

Thanks for the nice comments. They are appreciated.

This is one I meant to include as it is something that I really like! As an ex-smoker, I love smoke free places. :tumble:

And to the nomad who sent me a message reminding me of the fair and recommended the Photography exhibit --- you were CORRECT. It was great. We did not spend as much time looking as I would have liked, but we had our grandsons and it was toward the end of the day. Next year, maybe we will get there more than once. What surprised me was the number of winning photos that were processed with HDR --- I like it!

Dang, I didn't look and they could become a real thing of the past!

I broke down and bought the grandson's some tumblers with magic cubes that when frozen are supposed to make any drink into an instant slush. Grandma is an easy touch --- waiting to hear if they work just like the vendor demonstrated!
