Dry and sunny here.... at the moment. Big wind early this morning too with a little rain. Huge clouds over you now. I'll add a photo shortly.

Town did indeed get wet in the middle of the night with morning mud puddles to prove it.

Not enough rain (yet) to turn the dirt roads into the slog tracks they were two weeks ago, but enough to get us up and moving the sacks of cement that were out in the yard.

Forgot to roll up the car windows but no worries, not too wet.

Down on the bayou, they're getting hammered by a hurricane. High tide, strong winds and lots of rain. Will mess up the fishing for a few days and strew the yard with a bunch of blown down limbs etc., strip all the Spanish moss from the live oaks and leave a highwater tideline of debris. Been thru it more times than I can remember.;D

Gentle wind from the north east with a socked-in mountain area behind and south of town. Rolling thunder up there. Lots of rain in the backcountry, methinkz.

Nice enough to sit outside this afternoon-- sigh of relief.

Way over in the Vizcaino, it's cantaloupe growing weather. I imagine the whiteskins are panting though.
