30 Peso Toll Road

On my way back to Punta Banda from San Diego yesterday, noticed that the 3 toll booths on Hwy 1 are now at a 30 peso rate. Had been 28 at TJ Playas, 28 at Rosarito and 31 at Ensenada. I forget the last time these tolls changed. Easier to make change at a 3 peso increase for the trip.

The toll roads from San Luis to Mexicali have gone up as well. There are 2 tolls, one in San Luis and one when you exit Mexicali. They have both gone up a few Pesos as well.

Also had a 1 hour 4 minute wait northbound San Ysidro yesterday at 11AM. The "double stack" CBP "what were you doing in Mex?" booths seem to be working. Warning that the right hand lane of west bank closes down to merge left. Keep to left 2 lanes there.
