Shaker in the depths


Earthquake a little while ago 6 miles below the SOC just north east of La Paz.

It was a roller here, not a jolter and no aftershocks yet. Didn't break a thing -- all that water as a buffer might have helped.

Iris Seismic Monitor noted one as a 6.2 off coast near La Paz.

Everything okay down there?:o

Someone in La Paz needs to get out the GPS and see if Topo is farther away! Looks like Baja is moving! There has been a lot of activity off shore the last several years, this is a bit more North.
