like i said, when a guy with a gun tells you to stop you'd better listen. fight it out in court or be dead. pretty simple choice....

That's pure crap. Stop or be dead? That's what you call a police state.

Some speculation here. Unless the cop had his badge on a chain around his neck, victim probably thought he was a carjacker (even if he was yelling ''police''! Reads like she hit him, he landed on the hood. In hindsight, she should have slammed on the brakes to get him off her car.

Personally, if someone in civies with a gun in the street told me to stop, I'd punch it and duck. I would take my chances and I wouldn't stop.

This cop looks like a cowboy and I'm betting he hangs.

I think that lady should have had, or at least had a slight clue, that the guy on the hood of her car with a gun pointed at her, "just" might have been a law enforcement officer?
I mean there was some goings on in that house she just came out of yeah?
LE types crawling around...looking all menacing and what not?

Well....she did have a jacket on drug charges so maybe she was "skunked" up?...worse things have happened.
Her best bet (too late now) was to just put on the brakes and call Kings X or uncle or some other nuances that would have kept her alive.

Much ado about nobody much

Given the past record and likely future of the Criminal Mama, the effect on society is to the plus side of the ledger.

ALL Criminals are bad enough, but STUPID criminals are an even greater danger.

Even her kids are probably better off. NOW, they may have a chance in life.

You know Bill...a premature loss of life is not a pretty thing in anyones book....
Especially, a loss of life at the hands of someone wanting to, and getting paid to...keep you alive.

This woman chose her own demise..either through consious effort or brain oblivious, "skunked" up cells, clashing and fighting each other.

A simple push on the brakes, in face of sheer terror would have kept her alive.
Nope....she took the wrong path that night....from visiting a den of dopers, to not stopping when clear common sense would dictate "I better stop or I am dead"

Indeed.......this is a crystal clear case of "felony stupid" in spades!!!

Are they still going back and forth with reports of what happened?
"She took the agent for a ride....hundreds of feet"

"No... she didn't."
