A good friend and professional guide is leading a trip to climb the three highest peaks in Baja in early-mid November. It's a commercial trip, so not

mid-november? not best time, days are short, high probability of precip and freezing temps. your friend should consider late april thru june,
especially if taking paying guests.

I agree with "the Goat" on this one. Iffy in November due to cold, and possible rain/sleet. Early/mid-Oct. probably a better bet----nice temps,
and a lot safer, as is April/May, IMO. If you have the flexibility to climb during projected good weather times (ie watch the weather closely), then
all winter probably ok, but cool to freezing on the peak. We are talking 10K feet altitude.
