Save 35% On Your Predial (Property Taxes) Now

Residents in the Municipality of La Paz can save 35% on their predial if they pay it before the end of the year. If one owes back taxes, they are offering a 50% reduction in the applicable fines if you pay that now.

There most certainly is but one side to every story: the TRUTH. Variations of it are nothing but lies.

Mood: I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

Not ready in Loreto

Just came from the Loreto office where you pay property taxes and they will not have the paperwork until at least November 20th. She did mention that the discount will be 25% for the month of December and 10% for January and February.

Just a little clarification:

The La Paz discount is 30% if paid in December (the end of the year) with an ADDITIONAL 5% discount for a total of 35% if paid in the month of November. This is what the posters all over town say.

Just paid the taxes yesterday and received a 35% discount .

Is there a way to pay La Paz property taxes in December from the USA?
