2000 Mainship 30 Pilot Sedan with Trailer


2000 30' Mainship Pilot Sedan with trailer - Boat is set up for extended cruising in the Sea of Cortez. With Yanmar 4 cyl 230 HP diesel, she cruises at 7 - 8 mph using 1.5 gal of diesel/hr, 650 mile range.

Equipped with: Furuno 16 mile radar; Furuno FCV 600L duel transducer depth sounder; Garmin map 525 GPS with Mexico chip; auto pilot; Sentry battery charger; remote-controlled search light; bow thruster; JVC AM/FM radio with 4 speakers; 175 gal diesel, 40 gal water, 20 gal holding tank, Next Gen 3.5 diesel generator with sound shield; Racor 500 & RCI diesel filters; 7000 BTU A/C with reverse cycle heat; oil changing system; pressure hot and cold water; 12V refrigerator w/ cold plate; Whirlpool microwave oven; Origo alcohol stove; Lewmar electric windlass; 170' chain & 200' rode; 30# Delta Quick Set anchor; salt water wash down and c-ckpit freshwater shower; transom door with swim platform and swim ladder; outriggers; rod holders and rod storage; 3 LED underwater lights. Upgraded in 2005 or later: A/C, generator, Raratin II head, hot water heater, microwave, windless, GPS, refrigerator, batteries, Icom 502 VHF & 14' antenna, chain and rode.

1997 Pacific galvanized trailer with 20,000# GVW rating, 3-7000# axles with 6-12x16.5 tires with 4030# capacity each, Reese weight distribution hitch , spare tires and wheel. Total weight of boat and trailer is 16,000# with 30gallons of fuel and no water

.........check under the bedframe in the forward cabin--be sure all the framing is in place--some of these mainships of ~ the same year and size were rather underbuilt in the bow,,,,hull flex would displace the bedframes. :(

.....mainships are fine boats otherwise,,,and also fine if repaired properly!

......it's always worth having a competent surveyor check-out a purchase like this -for you-!!!

The V-Berth in the cabin doesn't have a bedframe, per se, but provides the dinette seating area when not made into a bed.
