do you need a fidecomiso to buy a condo in cabo, what about timeshare or fraction?

Fideicomiso is a must with a condo.
We looked into that when we were there 5 weeks ago.

there is MUCH more to a Mexican corp than on the surface

don't think you can "skirt the law" buying with a mex corp

a mex corp needs to conduct business and have a tax id and prepare tax returns
