Currency Wars Versus Peso US Dollar Continues To Fall

México IMHO is going to find itself out on a limb if prices for Mexican made goods continues to increase in the USA. A stronger peso is encouraging a flood of purchases of "foreign" goods and the stupid PRI is trying to curtail it by trying to place 16% IVA on food, hotel tariffs, restaurant fare, and medicines.

If BILLIONS of dollars are entering Mexico annually to purchase drugs, HOW and WHERE are the pesos being laundered? Do you suppose that an unholy alliance has been established between cartel and bank to Foca US dollars for a thoroughly unreasonable tariff? The kind of tariff that finds its way into the hands of Mexican politicians to become blind? Mexico DOES NOT GENERATE ENOUGH exports to fund the level of economy that it is seeing now. Maquiladoras? Not a chance. Agriculture? Not a chance II, Tourism, and crude oil? Well that's III and IV.

US investors would sell their mother to make a nickel. Are Mexican financiers different? Let's go ask Carlos Slim or one of the other new Mexican billionaire pillar of ethics...
