I have the "Paper" (yes - ironic) for the iPad. With the extras it is great.

If you have used a Wacom, you will be disappointed with a touch scrren painting app. It is ok for rough loose drawings, but hard to put a stroke where you want it. Wacom touch screen is 2000usd plus. Wacom tablet is about 300usd. An app for your tablet is about 3usd. I use Sketchbook Pro on an Asus transformer tablet with a brush stylus. For detail work i use a 18 x 24 Wacom table, not touch screen and no longer available.

Get the Ipad, then you can also load it with the Word Magic English/Spanish Dictionary. Awesome app, it's like having a full sized dictionary and 501 Spanish verbs with you all the time.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

I have a wacom that I use on my computer and I have to say that the ipad apps are rather, juvenile, now that is not a bad thing, as I have be described in the same terms.

However, it is great to monkey around with and I have made some interesting things, but there is not an inexpensive pen system that gives the same kind of control as the Wacom.
