Border Security With Regard To Boston?

Mexican friends are really skitttish about going to the US to shop because of what happened. Rumors are circulating (in Spanish) about possible hassles. Either entering or exiting the USA.

I have my doubts that much has changed to the point where a trip is not advisable. But comments by "Been There Done That" seems to be the wisest course to take.

Any first hand experiences?

No. But judging from the news, with all the beheadings etc. down in Mexico, they ought to stay home. And get their heads cut off. Good grief!!!

On the radio 5:AM today....3+ hours to go north at San Ysidro.
I really don't know what they're looking for and I doubt they do either. Making people suffer in times like this must seem appropriate to Homeland Security.

The border security should be heightened all the time. Not after the fact
