Gas prices for November 2004
Hi friends.... sorry I did not post these prices earlier. I have spent most of my time in El Rosario lately, due to the inauguration of 12 more new
rooms, and we have no internet connection there... yet.
Anyhow....
Current fuel prices....
Here are the fuel prices for November 2004:
Magna.............$ 5.94 pesos per liter
Premium..........$ 7.01 pesos per liter
Diesel..............$ 4.93 pesos per liter
These prices are in liters and 1 gallon = 3.7854 liters.
Today (nov 14) 1 dollar = $ 11.40 pesos (+/-)
Using the previous information, this is what we have....
Magna.............$ 1.97 dollars per gallon
Premium..........$ 2.33 dollars per gallon
Diesel..............$ 1.64 dollars per gallon
Hope this helps...

Friday I put 36 gallons diesel in my truck at Cantamar. Saved $25.00. Spent it in Puert Nuevo on a bottle of Gran Centenario A?ejo. Just trying to
keep the wheels of commerce turning in Baja!

Paid $2.33 for standard 87 octane gas in LA - The Toyota truck eats anything and gets better gas mileage on Magna Sin than standard 87 in the States

No problem...
4baja... no problem with supply of fuel... we are able to store more than 200,000 liters of fuel in our tanks... so no problem at all...
About diesel... in Mexico the price of this fuel is paid in part by the Meican government... it is a way to help the agriculture and other kind of
activities... so, when you buy diesel down here, you are only paying for a part of the price...
