Based upon the first post it sounds to me like the family got booted out because the owners of the building got a better offer.

... oxxo is owned by the "tecate team", and it is kinda strange the alisito ejido use to own the property, but, money talks and bullchit walks, change
is in the air... I talked to antonio the vet next door and his reply was he "hoped walmart was next!!!"... mas genets!!... oh boy!?, they plan on
building one oxxo per block in rosarito, here's another odd/ funny/real thing, the Zgas guys came by to fill the tank, we're bullchiting around, good
guys, and I asked where does the gas come from?, his reply was ensenada, I said no where is it produced, he said mostly from russia, but also from
peru and guatamala, things like this blow my mind, oh well one more pacifico and I'll be fine... later gators
