Chuck's Week Off-Mexico...food show on tv in Baja..schedule. now included

This is a program on TLC by a Montreal chef, named.....Chuck.
We saw two episodes last night.
He cooked at El Rey in Loreto, The Office on Medano beach with Edith, steamed chocolates on the beach in Ligui, spent a good bit of time on ranchos. He learned how to make cheese, machaca, several fish dishes on a disk.
He is somewhat annoying but it was fun to see someone who really went behind the scenes to get some REAL Baja.

I couldnt find that this has been posted before. If so................................:P

Judy,

Thanks for the tip. I will look for the show.

Ken

In looking for it on YouTube, I found a nice piece on Loreto which I'll post in another thread.

We have Sky here. I wasn't sure what channels it would be on with other providers.
It is worth a look see!

Seen him many times on the Canadian food channel.

He's done shows from all over Mexico, some great communal barbeques.

I think my photographic memory ran out of film
