Thanks Glenn... that used to be an annual event for some of us Nomads. Surfer Jim, The squarecircle, Neal Johns, Ken Cooke, TW, John M, bajalou, frigatebird, and others would meet there and visit during lunch or dinner after. Good times... see photos from past in this forum.

That's also when SCORE puts out the Baja 1000 map at their Scoreville booth.

PHOTOS at the Expo

Links to unique posts with my expo pics in 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011 and photos here from 2008 because they were mixed in another's thread on the expo.

2006: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=19902

2007: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=27265

2008:

I took about 90 photos at the Expo and at the Hot Rod museum located in the Pomona Fairplex... Mickey Thompson's 4 engine Challenger and The Famous Hudson Hornet (recent star in the Pixar movie 'Cars') are included... I have about 34 to share, starting with the Baja Nomads who met up for some laughs: TW, Neal Johns, The squarecircle (Roy & Blanche), John M, Baja Angel...

When quad tires just aren't enough!

Was another fun day that started with Baja Nomads ...

The show did have less than last year's... but still plenty to see. We go to see the off road prep vehicles, camping equipment, videos for sale, shirts, off road racers... and we still didn't see everything offered!

2010: Didn't go

2012: Didn't go

He hasn't said a thing, yet.... I will ask as we are getting together Sunday to celebrate birthday's. Back in 2011, he delivered (and we went with him to pick up) the TSCO Luxury Ford Raptor Prerunner that Josh helped build and was on display at the expo. RaceWorks does not (or did not) have a booth of their own.

No, there is another thread with photos by Ken Cooke that we continued discussion on. It would have been nice to see you Michael... it wasn't so long ago you were racing SCORE and zipping by with both a BAJA NOMAD steeker and a 'got baja?' steeker!
