Hotel near Tecate?


Anyone know of a motel/hotel near tecate on the US side?
Preferably as close to the border as possible.

I don't know of one on the U.S. side but Santa Veronica on the Mexican side is not that far away. Good rooms at a reasonable price, at least the last time I stayed there about a year ago. On the down side, someone helped themselves to my two gas cans full of gas. I did not have them locked down in the bed of my truck.
