I was there last year. The owner of the big house on the bluff put up a gate blocking the road in a few miles from the beach. He is not stopping
anyone from going to the beach, but now you have to stop at a little rancho just before the gate and the people there will contact the guard at the
big house on the bluff and he will drive over and let you in. If you happen to be on a dirt bike, you can just squeeze by  . Who knows, it may not be locked this year.

It's fine ... I was out there for 3 days this past weekend enjoying Thanksgiving there with friends...the trail is slow going. Except for a group of
15 NOLS students that were leaving today only one other camper.p was there..silence was golden! We cooked a turkey on the beach and shared with those
that wanted to join. Good times and gorgeous as always in past 3 decades! Viva Baja

No marking or signs ... Just an opening in the fence at KM 48.5 and that trail follows the wash to all the beaches in the area on the coast. The
original entrance at KM 38 has a sign that's asks us to go to the KM48.5 trail and don't use the original road thru the hills.

A really beautiful place....We stayed there a few years back..until we ran out of water...If there was water, might still be there...

I was just there a couple of weeks ago. There were about four campers on the main beach, and no one on the north beach (but that beach was very
windy). Gate wasn't locked for me.
Plenty of fences, signs, and roads to unused future house sites. Overall, too crowded for my tastes, but I enjoyed checking it out.
Neat phosphorescence on the beach at night. And good hiking nearby.
