Dec2013 makes this map historical because it was just prior to the landslide that closed the TJ - Ensenada toll road. Just north of Playas Saldamando Campground you can see the northbound and southbound speed bumps leading up to newly laid asphalt without road striping. But there is no equipment or men working.

Is there a way I can download a area of Google earth to my Ipad before I leave the US, so I do not incure international data rates to view it while on the road in BCS ?
