still trying to sell my unused and inactivated mexican corporation. paid the notario in san jose $ 2,000.00 U.S. in 2006 to create it.

I'm curious, with no sarcasm. Can any business become a corporation? What are the advantages to a legal US resident in Mexico with a business that is a corporation Rat?
