That's just stupid, I read the story down to the drawing of the vehicle and gave up. It is an interesting marvel of design but not very practical.

Love the center of gravity issue. Long wheelbase. Basalt would turn this insanity into hazardous chatarra in a flash. Off road, it's tough to beat a horse, a saddle and a string of pack mules.
