That surely IS a good deal...as it's already here in Baja Sur and ready to sail.

Over the years I've bought 3 Hobies and 2 Prindles for our regattas in Conception Bay. I bought them all in San Diego via ads found in Craigslist. For about that price, too...average of $400 each. BUT...I had to haul the buggers 650 miles, hoping not to have any accidents. (one trailer axle went south..)

$400 I'm not sure you could find a good kayak for that price. This is my neighbors boat and this guy knows how to work on boats, and most everything else. He replaced all the rigging and I believe the trampoline too. He found beach wheels for it. That means one person can launch and retrieve it. He just wants to see it go to someone that will use it and take care of it.

Hope all is well. I was able to spend 3 days in Coyote this year in March. Currently up north in Cali.
Hoping for more time next year.....Lynne (wife) retires this year.
