Be sure and check out Buena Vista and Los Barriles, it is hotter than T.S. but if you live down there part time just avoid the hot months. As for
Udo's take on the property values I would have to disagree we've owned our lot in B.V. for 6 years now and the value has dropped a least 25-30% there
is ALOT for sale in the area with some good deals to be had but just like anywhere else there's some people holding on to that before recession
mentality.
And the beaches are far better than T.S.

Hi Churro, do you have a rough idea on when you are making this trip? We would soooo love to hook up with you and your wife, if that works out...and
us fellow gardeners (she and I) can talk gardening and hang out together while you teach Bear to fish...hahaha!
You know my email addy, so hit me up when you have a date set! We'd love to explore that area, not sure if summer will work out for us, we'll have to
see, depending on when in summer...we are taking the grandkids on a 2 week RV trip to Yellowstone this Summer!
keep in touch, Churro and I will do the same!

Yes, the beaches are better than TS, because there is access all over.
I will agree that La Ribera has some very reasonable prices on homes and lots. BV is the place I thought that it was really expensive...at least from
what I was shown by the RE sales people.
But a two bedroom condo at Mar Y Sol for $250K? (plus association and other fees).
