Mexicali border xing


If Going to San Felipe, what is the best xing north and south
? The new east one or the old one in Mexicali?

Depends on your departure point...Arizona, the east, San Diego, the west.

Going south, the old one, because it puts you on a straight shot onto Hwy 5.

Going north, depends what time of day and what day, but almost always the east crossing is better.

This is good advice :-) I like to stay in the middle lane when ENTERING Mexicalli.....for the first few miles. Those parked cars and a corner turn down "yonder" can be scary

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.
