Possible tropical developments

It is not as if the weather models have gotten any Eastern Pacific tropical system correct yet this year, but they keep on keeping on.

I bring this up when watching what appears to be a very confused ITCZ, and what one model has a development that appears to funnel up the SOC around the 4th.

Anyway they are seeing something form, how strong it gets and where it goes is anybody's guess.

Click the little play button on near the top right of the screen for the animation. This one is very different from the one I loaded yesterday at the 5 day mark.
