Road reports

I for one would be much obliged to receive reports of current road conditions along the Transpeninsula Highway after the passage of Simon.

I can provide the following report. The road from Cuidad Constitucion to San Juanico is barely passable for 4X4 vehicles that can handle off-road conditions. It is not in good condition, and only those who must travel this route should make the attempt. I further understand that San Juanico lacks supplies.
