Wow! Never heard of this behavior near sd/TJ before. Hope they don't stick around for gray whale migration.
Orcas often harass/kill grays. You see a lot of adults with bite marks on their flukes.

Killer whales off Baja
Orca whales were sighted hunting off shore from Playas de Tijuana. Great pictures.

No doubt "got out quickly" but with a little extra weight in the back of his wet suit! Would really be something to watch...from the shore!

I´ve seen orcas in Cabo and almost every year down here 19.2 and 104.5. Where ever there is food they are there.
