Seeking Nomads who are living in Ensenada region

After 15 years living NOB, I'm making plans to develop a small lot in San Miguel and begin spending more time there, initially on holidays and in summer (I'm a teacher). My SENTRI was managed last year, now I'm looking at refurbishing the property.

This will be a gradual process over the coming year.

As part of this process I'd appreciate hearing from, and meeting with, other Nomads living in the San Miguel/Sauzal/Ensenada/Bufadora/Guadalupe valley region. Much has changed since I lived there in the 90s, and I'd love to hear from you, meet with you, and learn more about the region and your experiences living there, full or part time.

Are there any social events arranged by people for Nomads? Certain cafes or other hangouts that attract gatherings?

Do people get together for wine festivals, food events, etc?

Any/all suggestions and invitations to meet others in the area appreciated.

Thanks!
