New Team in Town!

about a month ago, somekids cameby asking for help buying food to sponsor a lunch for the rival soccer team who was coming to play them for the first time.

Yours truly went shopping with the shopping list one of the mom's had made and the smiles they gave me were huge and wonderful. I told them at the time "I will always support sports and I would like to take a picture of the team tomorrow." Well, I went around on Sunday and could not find them. Both of us were disappointed, they wanted a pic of the team.

Well, they came again yesterday, I bought them bananas against cramps and powerades for each one. This time the game was to be in Abreojos. So, I picked up two cheerleaders and we headed over to the game.

They are quite good but they did not win the game ....and according to Mexican ways - some of them came for the second half only LOL!!!!

Here they are:

THE CHEERLEADERS:

I SAW TRASH:

PRESTO CHANGO GONE!

AND HERE IS THE LAST PIC - THE TEAM (IN YELLOW) IN ACTION ! I THINK THEY WERE PLAYING AGAINST VIZCAINO BUT I AM NOT POSITIVE ABOUT THAT:

SO FINALLY ANOTHER SPORT BESIDES BASEBALL .... I PROMISE TO KEEP YOU POSTED AS THEY PROGRESS.
