Cloudy here in San Diego too! But, 'June Gloom' is the norm near the coast!

We have days in June that have never had recordable rainfall. How weird is that considering the records date back at least a hundred years. I like a little "june gloom" once in a while.

Carlos Cometh:
T.S. Carlos will probably achieve Cat-1 status by tomorrow night/Saturday a.m., and is setting course right up and parallel along the coast towards.... guess who? Here's a look-see; too early to predict the if and where, but should have a good idea by Monday.

Here's a good blog by Dr. Jeff Masters about the current El Niņo and how it's still developing and growing. The warmer the general ocean temps get above normal, the more fuel for the machine when it comes to Hurricanes. Gonna be a long season, folks.
