from the North to the South -train trip

Wow...we have traversed Poland! We have gone from the northeast corner to the southwest by train and here are the pics of this journey:

Poland is updating its trains and we were lucky to get one of these new beauties to haul us down:

You probably guessed by now that I like the buildings - so these pics are building -landscapes -and more:

one town is named OLD APPLETREES:

CONTINUING THE TRIP:

lots of cargo -in this case wood and we saw a LOT being hauled:

ONLY SAW THESE IN ONE PART OF THE COUNTRYSIDE:

WE ARE NOW FAR DOWN SOUTHWEST AT LES'S SISTER'S HOUSE. WE HAVE HAD THE TRADITIONAL PANCAKES CALLED NAESHLIKI.....SOOOO GOOD! STAY TUNED FOR MORE UPDATES AS WE GET AROUND THE VILLAGE- THIS IS WHERE LES GREW UP TIL HE MOVED TO WALES.......

PA PA

(BYE BYE)

And always remember, life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by those moments that take our breath away.
