Sad news from Mexconnect..

We're sorry to report that Scott Parks, a long-time MexConnect contributor, passed away recently at his home in Melaque. His contributions to the forums were numerous, and invariably positive, the helpful and interesting. His genuine interest in Mexico and love for the country and its people will be sadly missed.

Sparks wrote his last post on Nomad in 2006 when he moved to the mainland and joined the Mexconnect board...RIP.

Very sad passing.

2017 has been an unfortunate year for passings in Mexico...my sister included (her Nomad handle was her first name, Rhea)

It's always sad when someone dies. Today is my Grandmother's birthday! She died 9 years ago. My mom's birthday is this Friday. She died in 1991.

Always a lot of new growth coming up through the cracks if you're willing to nurture it!

Happy Festivus Amigos!!!!!
