Seems like "fire" could find something left over from Burning Man. Post something in Herlong.
Every beautiful beach in the world needs a few condo towers - NOT.

Check Craigslist BCS, e.g. https://bajasur.craigslist.com.mx/rvs/d/32-ft-fleetwood-trav...
...but do your due diligence before buying. Some a gems and some are problem-riddled.

I want to sell my 32' Nomad trailer, currently located in Chapultepec @ S. Side of Ensenada. 3K cash/offer.
It is not very pretty, but I have done some notable work to it:
- Removed entire original roof, including cheesy 1x3 joists and 3/8" sheets, and replaced with 2x4 joists and 5/8" Ply. All new flame-on roofing. Now,
you can safely party on the roof!
- THIS IS A "LIVE-WORK" Trailer: I gutted everything but the rear bedroom and Bath. I built all shop-style 2x4 & ply counters/benches around the
interior perimeter for "getting stuff done". I re-mounted the kitchen double-sink and gas stove in the same 'motif'.
- It has an intact 4-bunk rear bedroom, but I installed a (removable) piece of 3/4 ply between the bottom bunks so you could actually fit a king-size
foam mattress on the fabricated platform.
- Working propane hot water heater & stove/oven.
- Full-size house fridge (works).
- I installed 3 awesome skylights!
- 3 tires are virtually new, 1 not so much. Brakes need rebuilding.
- Awning is beat-up, but a LOT better than nothing.
- Includes the original AC roof-unit from pre-roof job; needs installation.
- CA Title and current registration in-hand.
I would be thrilled to get this gone asap, so let's talk.
I also built a heavy-duty transportable shop that is 8'Wx18'Lx8'h.
Very useful and solidly built, with workbenches and a skylight.
Take them both and we will deal, deal, deal!
Depending where you are, I may be able to deliver (or at least assist).
If you want to meet and view, my Ensenada # is:
(052) 646 268-4840.

Photos are always a good idea.
US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.
What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

After reflecting on the valuable use that I've enjoyed from my trailer and shop over the past three-years, I've decided to reduce my asking price to
$3k for BOTH the trailer and shop (if the buyer handles transport). It has served as an excellent workshop/storage and a fully acceptable
single-person "residence" (at least by standards of efficiency and utility).
- 144' sq. Shop (or 1150' cu. Storage).
- 32' trailer: fortified new roof, awesome skylights...
The interior? Imho, Fine minds would rather concoct their own.
All the utilities work except AC and cabin heating, but the original gear is included for refit.
(In previous post I misspoke; the trailer is a 1986 32' "Prowler", not nomad).
The trailer is ready to roll: 2" ball hitch, lights work.
The shop could be easily transported on a standard dual-axle car-hauler, or similar; it is mounted a foot off the ground to facilitate sliding on/off
a trailer. At 8' wide, it is (intentionally) "street legal" for transport. As my body is approaching "Labor's End", I will probably toss-in some
tools.
Pics coming this evening.

whoops, premature send-ulation. I am lucky to have stumbled across this thread, as I am looking for a trailer, specifically for use as a
office/workspace combo. I just now registered on the site, and am not completely familiar with knobs and levers required to send private message, but
I would like to make contact with Gypsy 62, if the Items are still available
