Who has walked across a frozen lake?
We went across June Lake in the Sierras over the weekend. Would it be cool to try to ride a bike across it?

Colorado ice fishing. Not as fun as it sounds.

Lakes and rivers are seasonal roads in much of Alaska!
If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

Yep, walked and rode a snow machine just below 100 MPH, I know the ice was thick but it still freaked me out... I prefer to go around when I can. June
lake area is so awesome, summer and winter..

Don't end up like the Boy Scouts at Convict Lake back in 1990.

I used to ride ice back in Michigan. You just put a couple of hundred sheet metal screws into your knobs, and get great traction on ice. Sucks on
concrete though.
