Exchanged Pesos Yesterday-HAPPY

Drove up to my bank in Chula Vista yesterday and exchanged $2400.00 @ 23.222. If I would have exchanged at my usual place close to the border I would have lost over 8k in pesos! My bank will not exchange for people without an account and I was told because of my high balance they would have not have exchanged that much. Lucky Boy!

I imagine the banks near the border are routinely exchanging
$ as opposed to others. Do you have to pre order pesos?
Do they come with the, at times, hard to use larger denomination
bills?
