My Mexican father-in-law turned me on to Jimador añejo long ago...AGREED, it's a great tequila for the price. Then my wife's auntie from Mexico City
turned me on to Don Julio añejo kept in the freezer poured into frozen shot glasses and I've never looked back.

Give it a go!

Words are not as effective in describing the experience as actually giving it a go. It's not a super big deal, but it's a fun diversion from warm
shots.

I'd sooner set off a smoke bomb in my mouth.
But the Herradura IS a cooler temperature. That's about the only difference.
All of the Don Julio line just rocks! But I'm too cheap to use it in margaritas. That is usually Hornitos, Jimador or Sauza Gold.
I'm of the opinion that people who chill or freeze anejo tequilas should simply buy reposados and save the money. Chilled anejo is simply trying to
mask an over-oaked flavor.

If you want to treat yourself, try Maestro Dobel Cristalino. Smooth but full of flavor. If I was filthy rich it’s what I would drink all of the
time.
It’s a once a year treat!

I don't think thats fair, suppose your're stranded on a desert island and you drank the last of the warm Old English 800 and all thats left is a mixto
with caramel coloring......you make the call
there's only two things in life but I forget what they are........

My God, Willardguy, you're still alive?
My God, so am I! Despite drinking the occasional margarita with Sauza Gold.

Jimador is very drinkable but only 35% alcohol down here. My favorite in Baja is the Kirlkand Anejo for sipping.
NOB hands down my favorite for taste/price combo is Lunazul. They make silver, Reposado, and Anejo and in Oregon with no tax its $18 a bottle. I
learned about it while buying Patron many years ago...the clerk looked at me and said I should be spending half as much for better product and she was
right :-)
