Tidiana kids latest photos and La Bocana update

Just for the fun of it, here are some recent photos of the 7 kid family here in La Bocana!

If anyone is headed south, they need school backpacks/shoes. I can have these shipped to you. They can be dropped off here in La Bocana or at the yurts in San Ignacio!

Emmanuel who dreams of becoming a doctor one day.

Jireth - 9 years old - says she also wants to be a doctor.

Isaac wants to be an engineer but told me Math is hard for him....methinks he has to rethink Engineering.

Hasan is 1 year old, rapidly turning 2. He does not talk yet but is very active and loves to hug.

Genesis wants to be a nurse, cute as a button! She is 5.

Ismael is 7 and likes spicy food. He is a real charmer, talks up a storm and loves reading. All the kids have at least 5 books each and are taking real good care of them.

Missing is Saul, will post his pic another day.

Here is Mom, she always has a smile.

Dad was busy with a visitor.

Here is the whole gang!

Two pics of Jireth being tutored yesterday and of Alondra getting paid.

We are paying it forward by having Aunt Sarahi, the recent beauty school graduate, cut their hair for 50 pesos a shot! This way the boys are taught the importance of grooming, she makes some cash.

One of my oldest sponsors was here for a couple days, boy did we have fun eating, chatting and dare I say it? Drinking wine and margaritas!

She met up with her most recent scholarship student.

Lastly, Les's friend from Solar Turbines, where Les worked for 26 years, brought watermelon scented notebooks Hahahahaha How fun is that?

Wonderful news as always, and great to see smiles all around. How is Bertha doing these days? You haven't mentioned her in awhile, but I'm hoping that no news is good news.
