Casa del Migrante.

The casa del Migrante in TJ is asking for help so that kids can go to classes. One of my La Bocana students going to college in Ensenada is going there with his class to deliver school material.

I sent a little cash, those kids need school!

Here is the note I saw telling about their project.

Here is what they have bought so far.

If you are headed south, this is a big need.

Have a great day!

Here are the photos of yesterday. Their major is Social Work and this was a group activity.

On the way from Ensenada to TJ. Alizair is the one in the front middle with a black fanny pack.

Here is the Casa del Migrante in TJ

The school supplies and uniforms they brought to donate.

One of the social workers gave them a presentation on all the work they do with migrants who come from all around the world. Alizair said it was very informative and will help them become better socail workers when they graduate.
