The Request for the Grandpa's

I got a request for gloves and for shavers. Mike McM or David K, please put up directons on how to get to their home (it is near San Quintin) and everyone, please pitch in if you are going south!

If possible, please let us know here with a photo or a note. Thanks!

The road, signed to Punta San Jacinto, is between Km. 149 and 150, north of Camalu. Go just 1 mile west from the highway to find the Elder's Home.

My article has it all: https://www.bajabound.com/bajaadventures/bajatravel/grandpas...

Sign at Km. 149.5, south of Ensenada/ north of Camalu. Go west here.

Signs at the home, 1 mile from highway.

Interesting home next to the Grandpas house.

GPS for the Grandpa’s: 30°53’10.5″N 116°07’24.9″W

What kind of gloves and size and what type of shaver, old fashion with blades or electric. I got a good deal on a battery operated electric shaver and I bought one for Roy and one for me. I'll check on where I got it and if still available I'll see what I can do.

The pic is of old fashioned with blades but I am sure if you get a good deal on the others, they wd be so happy!

The gloves are pictured in the link below, to me they look like a glove you would use in the kitchen if you were cleaning the oven and I think size Medium.

Anyone else headed south? Juan has also asked for some baby wipes. Boy, they are on sale here in Alanya, Turkey for 3 lira each. Exchange is 14 to the dollar so this is a great deal!

Really, if you are on highway 1, it is a 20 min stop max to drop donations off.
