Sailing Alone from Hawaii to French Polynesia on a 30ft boat; 26 days at Sea

I've been subscribed this guy's YT channel for a couple years.

Found him from his videos exploring the Channel Islands.

Then he decided to try and sail his boat around the world. First he went to Hawaii and on this leg he heads to French Polynesia.

Dude has brass balls and is a inspiration for all.

He’s no Joshua slocum.
Just one look at all the poser tats and faddish ear loop, and I think I can skip this guy’s TikToks.
if you want solo sailing YouTubes w/o a poser, check out Christian Williams.

Woke!

“...ask not what your country can do for you – ask what you can do for your country.” “My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man.”

Prefered gender pronoun: the royal we

Why are you such a b#tch?

If you listen to the video, you'd know he nearly died of double pneumonia at age 40. Survived and had zero money, but decided to start living life.

5 years later he made the leap to try and sail around the world.

But you are going to judge him from his tats? Really?

Ha Ha love the Slocum reference. He didn't just jaunt over from Hawaii to Polynesia, he made around the world on his boat, Spray. Most of these blue water sailors have a story about a rogue wave, or a grounding, and more than a few did not live to tell the tale. A strange breed.

Don't really get the tats thing, Captain Bligh had something to say about that.

Pretty Pictures!

just hit 500 posts!
