East Cape in trouble

Matter of time. Cabo North to Todos not looking good for anything but rich people.

Migrino building million dollar homes.

Change is inevitable. Guess I need to change with it.

US Marines: providing enemies of America an opportunity to die for their country since 1775.

What I say before any important decision.
F*ck it.

Our last trip to Baja - February 3 through 12 - bears this out. We stayed in the El Gavilan section of El Pescadero, which is experiencing unprecedented growth. Our trips to El Otro Lado show this trend extending north of Todos Santos as well. It seems that marketing Baja as a telecommuting destination is paying dividends for developers and investors. Personally I find myself having to trade off between the relationships we've made over the years versus our sense that the good old days are long gone. And we keep coming back.

Sad but not unexpected. That's why I moved to central Baja. Nobody wants to live here.
