I have been asking around but this type of small motor are highly sought after here for the fishing cooperativas dinghies "bongitos"(thoughts of
Dennis here)
Blanca...you might get lucky and Hotdog Bob may have some treat for you. Here he is bearing Canuck gifts of several different flavours of salmon!
Bob...you are my hero man!

I've got a 15hp short shaft for sale in BoLA but probably to big for your little inflatable. It would fly though.
Off grid, 12-190 watt evergreen solar panels on solar trackers, 2-3648 stacked Outback inverters, 610ah LiFePo4 48v battery bank, FM 60 and MX60
Outback charge controllers, X-240 Outback transformer for 240v from inverters, 6500 watt Kubota diesel generator.

I wore out two Zodiacs over the years, hunting and fishing in Alaska. Fifteen horse is about the minimum size I would want on the transom! There is
a lot more drag on those rubber duckies than a hard body skiff.
Edit; I suppose size matters. Mine were a 12.5' Mark II C, then a 14' Mark II.

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!
"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

hotdog, you might want to state the size , make and weight of your inflatable. Having had mostly acchilles since around 1984 Underpowereing them is ,
literally and figuratively, a drag. An 8 was just right for my 12.6 sportboat, a 5 was perfect for my Avon 10...etc.
