Warm Jackets for cold Kids

To all Travelers going to La Paz. Please take some Jackets by the General Hospital located one block off the Main road in Constitution. Dr. Renee Hibibb is the Director and will see that all Jackets will get to the children.thank You and Merry Christmas

Spirit of sharing

I have to admit that I am an old amigos lurker. This board is getting more familiar all the time. The spirit of sharing by the people that post here is obvious and I really appreciate it.

Last year was our first trip to Baja and we plan to go again in January for a few months. We will be happy to bring some coats to help the kids of Baja. Just think, if every tourist passing through La Paz were to bring a dozen coats, how many there would be. Would any other items be appropriate? We have a truck and camper so we could tuck a few more things in. Thanks, Skeet, for the specific directions. That is a big help.

Merry Christmas, everyone.

Travelbuff;thank you;
You will be able totake more Jackets if you pick up and old suitcase and pack it full.
The jackets are for the kids in and around the Valle. The on flow of Marine air casues the Air Temp. to drop rapidly even in the summer time.
My wife and I started this program several years ago after the doctors at the hospital saved her Life.
The jackets are given out by the Hospitals Social Worker who gives them to the most Needy.
God bless you!! Merry Christmas
