Baja Sur back to Orange light

I've noticed the numbers for BCS have nearly tripled in the past 3 weeks.

I've been looking for news about BCS going back to Orange, but so far haven't found one. This article in BCS Noticias does reference a recent spike in cases.

You can drill down into the active cases "ACTIVOS" per city. Looks pretty low. https://coronavirus.bcs.gob.mx/casos-covid-19/

We're back at level orange in SJD here. Don't really notice anything different around town. Still quite busy with new tourists. Apparently all the
campaigning and the election spread it around again, amongst the local population. No noticeable changes at Mega, Zippers, Zach's etc.

levels depend on municipalities in BCS. Here in Mulege county we are still in the yellow zone. Looks like schools will be opening soon...yay.

We just had the seasons opening baseball game at our stadium on Sunday here in BAhia Asuncion....everyone was really happy to attend the first public
event in over a year!

Was it just a coincidence when I was there, or is the road between Bahia Asuncion and La Bocana maintained a bit better during baseball season?

There seems to be some confusion surrounding who has jurisdiction to declare the various color designations. BCS remains at level orange, while
friends of ours in Todos Santos have had to postpone a gallery opening per the municipality of La Paz. Does that mean the dreaded level red? The Todos
Santos Newsfeed group on Facebook is saying that the level is still orange and that normal activities continue.
