Puerto Santo Tomas

Has anyone been to the "resort" owned by Sam Saenz recently?
Been about 10 years since I last stayed there and would like to stay there again soon. Is Sam still around? He must be in his 90's if so.
A really cool and quirky place

From riding dirt bikes around there looks closed for years. Also where the surfers got killed is a different area .

I have not been to Santo Tomas for many years. Where is the resort?

It was at the west end of the bay up on the hill (just past the fishermen's village). There were a few structures and old travel trailers used as rooms. There is a boat ramp on the far west end.
