Serinadad Saturday Night Pig Buffet
I tried it. I loved it...in 1971-72-73-74-75-etc...(I know, I know..I'm an old-timer!)....till now in 2006. Still simply the best!

this past weekend saturday february 25 we served 176 people for the pi roast and we had one complain that one couple had beef, we dont understand how
because they went on the line like every one did and they where the only two people the say we serve them beef again i did not have a chance to talk
my self to them but i will be happy to do it because my cheff guillermo its really upset he was ther and always cooks the pig for 45 years.

don't you worry about that Diana! everyone knows that no one can cook a pig like Guillermo!
we had the best meal ever that same sat night!
2 weeks before that Alex talked him into cutting some up before the dinner and bringing it into the bar for some happy hour treats for us drinking
margaritas.....mui magnifico!
see you all this week, on thursday.

Don and Nancy-
What's the best way for room reservations? I tried emailing a couple of times for Christmas travel but never heard back. I'd like to give the pig
roast a shot in the future.
Thanks in advance and welcome aboard.

Don't you think someone was pulling your leg by telling you they had been served beef ?? Nobody I know could be that stupid and actually mean it.

Zac - best plan, just call the desk, someone usually answers. internet can be delayed and/or i have found doesn't always get a response although most
of the time i do get a return. sometimes a few days afterwards tho.

There are a lot of reasons to stay 2 weeks in Mulege', but from this reaction the best one is 2 pig roasts.

I am lodging a formal complaint against the Serindad Pig Roast on Saturday night. That delicious date-fed pork barbeque is in part responsible for
my present...er...slightly over-weight... condition. Hold the seconds next time, por favor? I am in training.
