House on the beach

Gotcha!

Ok Where is this house. You will notice the open air feeling you get with no roof.

The pictures reminded me of San Luis Gonzaga, so I think it might be along the coast facing Isla San Jose, give or take some northness or
southness?

I think I saw this in a real estate ad that said something like...

Act now, this won't be on the market long. Baja fixer upper on the beach, a steal at $250,000.

Judy, I can't be more specific. I was really just conversing. Never been to that stretch of the coast. Just to be silly I'll say Nopolo because it
is such a grand house.

Shari, be careful what you wish for on this board. I won a trip to North Dakota in Feruary awhile back. Asked the same question-- do I get a prize?.
 Couldn't make the trip though.

It is south of green water and Puerto Gatos on the peninsula a little above Isla San Jose. How they got the building materials to this place, I have
no idea. The house must have been magnificent at one time. The locals gave varying accounts of who owned it and how it got there. Anyone with any
information on the house, please chime in. Roberto?
This was one of the anchorages where we saw no other boats while we were there....que rico. I would not want to anchor there when the northerlies
are blowing.
